Pinaroo Apartments is a mixed-tenure residential development delivered by Mono on behalf of BlueCHP, comprising 30 apartments across multiple buildings, including:


  • 9 social housing units
  • 6 specialist disability accommodation (SDA) units
  • 1 onsite support services unit
  • 14 private market apartments



The development also includes two basement levels, communal areas, and landscaped outdoor spaces, designed to provide high-quality, accessible housing for a diverse community.

This project forms part of the NSW Communities Plus Program, contributing to the Lane Cove Council’s target of 3,400 new homes by 2029 and addressing the growing demand for affordable housing in Sydney.
